By booking an appointment with our salon,
you agree to the following non-negotiable terms and policies
Booking Policy
✧ All appointments are booked online.
✧ A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
✧ Remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
✧ Please ensure all contact details entered at booking are correct.
Deposit & Payment Policy
✧ A deposit of $20 is required for all appointments.
✧ Deposits are non-refundable
✧ If you reschedule within 24 hours, your deposit will carry over.
✧ No-show = deposit forfeited.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
✧ Rescheduling allowed within 24 hours before your appointment
✧ Less than required notice = deposit forfeited.
✧ Cancelling your appointment at any time = deposit forfeited.
✧ No-shows will lose their deposit and may be blocked from future bookings
Late Arrival Policy
✧ Please arrive on time
✧ If you are 20 minutes late and no contact, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled and deposit forfeited.
✧ If you know you're running late, please contact me ASAP.
Client Comfort & Safety
To provide the best experience:
✧ Please arrive alone unless otherwise discussed.
Health & Hygiene Policy
Please contact me if your feeling unwell and we can discuss the appointment
We maintain strict hygiene standards, including:
✧ Sanitised tools & equipment
✧ Fresh disposables
✧ Artist hand hygiene & PPE when needed
✧ Clean workspace between each client
Prep Policy
✧ For Nails:
Please contact me before booking if you require a foreign removal as fees may apply.
✧ For Lashes/Brows:
Makeup will be removed from the skin around the areas affected.
✧ For Makeup:
Any makeup to be removed before appointment.
Satisfaction & Fix Policy
✧ If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact me within 24 hours.
✧ If an issue is due to my error, I will work with you to resolve it properly.
✧ I am not responsible for nails chipping or breaks after you leave my salon. Any repairs or replacements will incur additional charges
✧ Refunds are not available for booking fees or completed services.
Photography & Content Consent
✧ With your permission, I may take photos/videos of your results for social media & portfolio use.
✧ You may request no photography.
